7. International Belgrade Chopin Fest will be held on Monday, November 26th, at the Concert hall of the Jewish municipality Belgrade , (Kralja Petra 71a street), starting at 18:00.
Autumn Echoes, as the official ending of the jubilee celebrations of 100 years since the Independence of the Republic of Poland, remind the glorious history of the Polish people.
Belgrade Chopin Fest with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Belgrade, as a sponsor of the event, in partnership with the Jewish Community and the Faculty of Contemporary Arts in Belgrade (FCA), organizes music-poetry evening with the accompanying historical exhibition Fathers of independence.
Echoes will present the young rising piano stars: LAZAR TORBICA and DRAGANA TEPARIC, with works by Betoven, List, Chopin and Paderevsky.
As guests, students of the Drama Department of FCA, Djordje Jovičić, Nadja Ristić and Lazar Tešić, students from the class prof. Branislav Lecic, will speak poetry of Polish poets on the topic of independence of Poland, and the historical exhibition Fathers of Independence will present six important figures of Polish history: Jozef Pilsudski, Roman Dmovski, Ignaci Jan Paderevski, Vincenti Vitos, Vojce Korfanti and Ignaci Dasinjski.
Concert cycle Echoes, as the accompanying program of Belgrade Chopin Fest, promotes young talents in the cities of Serbia and the region from 2012.
